Report a wrong specification
If you believe a size, background color, head height, or file size on our site is incorrect, please send us:
- The country and document (for example: United States passport, or UAE Emirates ID)
- What our page currently says
- What the official source says
- A link to the official government page where you found the correct value
We will verify against the official source and update the page within 48 hours. If the error is on our side, we will add your correction and credit the fix in our changelog if you would like.
Request a new country
FotoPass currently supports over 20 countries. If your country is not listed in the tool or the size chart, send us the name of the country, the document type, and any official spec link you already have. We prioritise new countries based on demand from our readers.
Feature requests
We are always looking for ways to improve the tool. Popular requests we have already received include:
- Batch mode for multiple family photos at once
- A print sheet generator for 4×6 inch paper in addition to A4
- Preset printing guides for CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and USPS
- Baby and infant mode with a helper overlay

If your question is about what data FotoPass collects or how it is used, please see our Privacy Policy. The short version is that photos you process never leave your browser, and we do not collect personal data beyond standard analytics.
